Wanda Genzler

Wanda Genzler has extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Wanda began their career in 1979 at Belwin-Mills Publishing Co., where they held the position of Senior Accountant. During their time there, they supervised a team, prepared financials, budgets, forecasts, and conducted compliance work.

In 1985, Wanda moved to the Estee Lauder Group of Companies, where they served as a Senior Accountant. Their responsibilities included reviewing and preparing monthly financial statements, reconciling bank accounts, and preparing year-end audit work papers.

Wanda transitioned to the healthcare industry in 1993, joining Health Plan Services as a Medical Claims Examiner. Wanda handled customer service calls and examined medical and dental claims, participated in Medicaid and Medicare reclamations, and conducted pre-existing/rescission investigations.

In 1997, Wanda joined UnitedHealth Group as a Senior Medical Claims Specialist. Wanda played a vital role in test/audit plan coding to ensure compliance with regulations and processing various claims. Wanda also trained and audited examiners and support staff.

In 2013, Wanda became part of Amerigroup, initially serving as a Claims Coach and later transitioning to the role of Manager of Project Management.

In 2015, Wanda joined Continental Benefits as an Implementation Project Manager. The company was eventually acquired by Marpai Health in 2021, where they continued their role.
