Wil Habets has a diverse background in engineering and operations management, beginning a career in the Royal Dutch Navy as a Sailor and progressing to Petty Officer from 1986 to 1990. Following military service, Wil transitioned to Tokyo Electron Europe, where roles included Field Service Engineer and Senior Product Specialist from 1996 to 2001. Wil then took on managerial responsibilities at XPAR Vision BV from January to December 2014, serving as Manager Operations and Lead Operations. Currently, as Project Manager at Marpower since March 2024, Wil continues to leverage extensive experience in various technical and leadership capacities.
