Brendan Swinehart

Brendan Swinehart is a Development Analyst at Marquee Development since March 2024, bringing experience from Stockbridge where Brendan held roles as a Portfolio Management & Acquisition Associate and Portfolio Management Analyst from January 2021 to March 2024. Prior internships include positions at SouthCoast and Holualoa Companies as Acquisition Interns in 2020 and 2019 respectively, and an Architectural Intern role at Will & Fotsch in 2018. Brendan also gained architectural experience as an intern at Dalian FREEN International Architectural Design in 2016. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Real Estate Development from Clemson University (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture with a Modern Language (Chinese Emphasis) from Clemson University (2015-2019), following completion of secondary education at Lyons Township High School (2011-2015).
