Colleen Marszalek began their work experience in 1994 as a Branch Supervisor at Advance Bank. In 1997, they joined Marquette Bank and held various positions, including Manager Retail Banking, where they worked in operations, sales, and eventually became a Regional Manager. In 2015, they assumed the role of 1st Vice President- Director of Customer Operations and Retail Products at Marquette Bank.
Colleen Marszalek completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Saint Xavier University from 1994 to 1997. Later, they pursued further education and obtained an MBA with a specialization in Business Management from the same university between 2001 and 2003.
