Elizabeth Soltis

Elizabeth Soltis has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Elizabeth started their career in 1992 at IBM Global Services as a Training Consultant and later transitioned to the role of Project Office Analyst. In 2005, Elizabeth joined Standard Bank and Trust Company as an Assistant Vice President for Training & Development, where they assessed the bank-wide needs and implemented various initiatives related to performance management, talent development, employee engagement, and succession planning. Currently, Elizabeth is working at Marquette Bank, where they hold the position of Vice President of Learning & Development. Prior to this, they served as the Assistant Vice President of Organizational Learning & Professional Development.
