Stacey Bruce Sphr

Stacey Bruce, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources and Assistant Vice President at Marquette Savings Bank since March 2023. Prior to this role, Stacey held the position of Director of Human Resource Services at the Manufacturer & Business Association from July 2013 to March 2023, focusing on leading and managing the Human Resource Services Department for member companies. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Supervisor at the Manufacturers' Association from July 2005 to June 2013, where consulting services were provided to member companies. Previous roles also include Human Resource Manager at Patterson Erie (2001-2004) and Human Resource Specialist at the Manufacturers' Association of Northwest Pennsylvania (1993-2001). Stacey holds a B.S. in Management from Pennsylvania State University-Erie Campus.
