Armando Payton

Armando Payton, LCAM, is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in hotel management and operations. Currently serving as the General Manager for both Faena House and Palazzo del Mare at Fisher Island since November 2018, Armando also holds the position of Chairperson for the Diversity and Inclusion Leadership Council at Associa since August 2020. Previous roles include Hotel Manager at Faena Group and Front Office Manager at Trump SoHo New York, along with managerial positions at other prestigious establishments like Trump International Hotel & Tower New York and Soho House & Co. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre from Howard University, Armando combines a strong educational foundation with extensive industry expertise.
