Roy Ochoa

Roy Ochoa has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as General Manager at Marquis Association Management since June 2016. Previously, Ochoa worked as an Assistant Property Manager at First Service Residential from April 2015 to May 2016, where responsibilities included managing 316 residential units, overseeing front desk and security operations, and enhancing communication with residents. Ochoa played a key role in renegotiating contracts to reduce annual expenses and managing water leak incidents, including documentation and reimbursement processes. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Florida International University.
