Phillip Aurbach has a strong background in the legal field, with extensive experience as a lawyer and attorney. Phillip co-founded Marquis Aurbach in 1988 and has been serving as an Attorney and Founder since then. Prior to that, they worked at Lehman & Aurbach as a Shareholder in 1986-1987 and at Colucci, Minagil & Aurbach as a Shareholder from 1980-1985. Before joining these firms, Phillip worked as a Lawyer at Lehman & Nelson in 1979, as well as at Bell, Leavitt & Green in 1978. Phillip also served as a Deputy District Attorney at the Clark County District Attorney's Office in 1977-1978.

Phillip Aurbach attended E. W. Clark High School from 1964 to 1969. After completing high school, from 1971 to 1973, they attended Western Kentucky University and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business. During the same period, they also attended Mesa Community College, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree. Subsequently, from 1974 to 1977, Phillip Aurbach attended the University of San Diego School of Law and received their Doctor of Law (JD) degree.
