Jennifer Aurandt-Pilgrim, PhD, currently serves as the Vice President of R&D and Director of Innovation at Marquis Inc., leading innovation initiatives in the biofuels sector. With extensive experience, Aurandt-Pilgrim also contributes as a member of the Scientific Advisory Board for the Center for Bioenergy Innovation at Oak Ridge National Laboratory and acts as a CAEP Observer for the United Nations, engaging in the establishment of Sustainable Aviation Fuels frameworks. Previously, Aurandt-Pilgrim held key roles at Trucent Inc. as R&D Program Manager and Director of Technical Services, as well as an Associate Professor at Kettering University, focusing on anaerobic digestion research. Aurandt-Pilgrim earned a PhD in Biological Chemistry from the University of Michigan and a BS in Chemistry from Bowling Green State University.

Drawing from a strong track record of growth, Marquis Energy completed its expansion in 2015, making it the largest dry-mill ethanol facility in the United States with a production compacity of about one million gallons of fuel grade ethanol per day.
