Todd Young

Todd Young has extensive work experience in the field of Learning & Development, beginning in 2000 as a Support Analyst at Marquis. Todd then progressed through various roles, including Client Trainer and Client Manager, where they cultivated client relationships and managed training sessions for financial institutions. In 2016, Todd became the Vice President of Learning & Development at Marquis, responsible for developing training materials and implementing leadership development programs. Most recently, they served as the Senior Vice President, Learning & Development Manager, demonstrating their expertise in managing projects and leading teams. Prior to their time at Marquis, Todd also held the position of Marketing Officer at Fulton Financial Corporation, where they developed marketing strategies for branch openings and company-wide events.

Todd Young earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from York College of Pennsylvania, attending from 1991 to 1994. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained a Certified Financial Marketing Professional (CFMP) designation from the American Bankers Association - School of Bank Marketing, studying from 1998 to 1999.
