Niels Kvaavik

Niels Kvaavik has a diverse work experience in sales and consulting roles. Niels is currently the Head of Global Sales at MarqVision (YC S21) since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal at Growth Advice Consulting starting in November 2019. Niels was also an Angel Squad Member at Hustle Fund and a Member at RevGenius in 2021 and 2022, respectively. Niels has also held various sales leadership positions, including VP of Sales and Customer Success at ROOM from July 2021 to July 2022, VP of Sales at The/Studio from October 2018 to November 2019, and Interim VP of Sales (Consulting) at Truly.co from July 2018 to October 2018. Niels has also served as a VP of Sales - West at Kochava from August 2017 to July 2018 and as a Group Director of Paid Media Sales & Marketing at Sprinklr from April 2015 to August 2017. Niels has demonstrated success in scaling revenue, managing sales teams, and implementing sales methodologies.

Niels Kvaavik began their education at NGG from 1992 to 1995. Following this, they attended Copenhagen Business School from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Subsequently, Niels pursued further education at Copenhagen Business School from 2000 to 2004 and completed a Master of Science degree in International Marketing and Management. In 2002, they also studied at Portland State University, completing three courses towards a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on International Business and Marketing.
