Nathan Grounds

Nathan Grounds has extensive experience in coaching, mental health coordination, and youth ministry. Currently serving as a Coach and Facilitator at Marriage Helper since July 2020, Nathan has previously held roles such as Mental Health Coordinator and Coalition Coordinator at Next Step Community Solutions. Nathan’s earlier positions include Youth & Family Minister at THE WELL.COMMUNITY and Director of Leadership Programs at East Texas Christian Academy, where responsibilities included teaching Bible classes and planning chapels. Nathan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Texas at Tyler and a Master’s Degree in Missional Leadership from Rochester Christian University.
