Ashley Walker

Ashley Walker has extensive experience in human resources within the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Director of HR Operations for the Eastern Region PSR at Marriott International since February 2022. Previously, Ashley held the position of Director of People + Culture at HOTEL DU PONT with PM Hotel Group and worked as a Senior HR Associate at Amazon. Earlier roles include Taskforce Human Resources Manager and Lead HR Enthusiast with PM Hotel Group and various HR positions at Renaissance Philadelphia Downtown Hotel and Sheraton Philadelphia Society Hill Hotel. Ashley's career began as an Office Administrator for Bridges From School To Work of the Marriott Foundation for People with Disabilities. Ashley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
