Cat Rosenau-Fryman is a seasoned project manager and agile coach with extensive experience in leading teams and driving agile transformations across various industries. Currently serving as Project Manager, Team Lead, Senior Scrum Master, and Product Owner at Optomi since October 2023, Cat previously held roles such as Agile Coach and Project Manager at CRF IT Consulting and Program SAFe Agile Coach at an independent contract position. Cat's career includes significant contributions to Southwest Airlines as a Senior Project Manager during a critical SAFe Agile transformation and leadership in IT service management at Atos.
