Chris van Bavel

Chris Van Bavel has over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, having held various leadership positions at notable companies. At Marriott International, Chris served as Vice President for Global Talent Acquisition Innovations, Programs, and Solutions, and also held the title of Director for Global Talent Acquisition Solutions. Prior to this, Chris worked at CohnReznick as National Manager for Recruitment and Talent Acquisition and as Recruiting Manager. Earlier career experiences include roles as Executive Recruiter and Branch Manager at Ledgent and as a Recruiter at Randstad. Chris earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Maryland.
