David Hollands has extensive experience in the culinary industry, currently serving as Executive Chef at the San Francisco Marriott Marquis since February 2011. With a career at Marriott International spanning from 1989 to the present, David also plays a key role as the Northern California Americas Culinary Council Chef representative. Prior experience includes the position of Food and Beverage Director at Renaissance Resorts under Hilton Hotels from 2001 to 2007. David's educational background includes a degree in Culinary Arts from the California Culinary Academy, completed in 1987.
