Dawn Siefker

Dawn Siefker has over 25 years of experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Director of Revenue Analysis for JW Marriott and The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes at Marriott International since June 1998. Siefker's expertise includes managing revenue strategies for multiple hotels in the Atlanta and New Orleans markets, overseeing a team responsible for a revenue forecast and budget totaling approximately $64 million. Prior roles include leading revenue analysis and management teams at Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center and various other hotels in the Orlando area, as well as starting her career in front desk operations. Siefker holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Florida Southern College, earned in 1997.
