Isis Ong

Isis Ong is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in learning and development. Currently serving as the Director of Select Services Brand APEC at Marriott International since March 2018, Isis has held various leadership roles in the field, including Senior Manager of Learning + Development Delivery at JW Marriott and Director of Learning positions at Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel and Singapore Marriott Hotel. With a career beginning as an intern and progressing through roles in human resources and flight attendance at Singapore Airlines, Isis possesses a comprehensive background in hospitality operations. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Hospitality Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the National University of Singapore.
