Jayana Garvey

Jayana Garvey has extensive experience in talent development and advisory roles, particularly within Marriott International from October 2021 to January 2025, where responsibilities included Vice President positions focused on global brand talent, performance, and advisory initiatives. Prior experience includes significant leadership development program management at GSA, overseeing both the Emerging Leaders Program and the Financial Management Specialist Program, along with initial analytical support for the latter. Early professional experience includes an internship as a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual. Jayana Garvey holds an MBA from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and a B.S. in Finance with minors in Spanish, International Business, and International Studies from Penn State University.
