Kathy Barenbrugge

Kathy Barenbrugge is an experienced sales training manager currently with Marriott International since May 2021, where Kathy facilitates the Ready, Set, Sell! program. Kathy previously held several positions at Marriott International from 1993 to 2020, including Sales Training Manager, Senior Account Executive, and Account Executive for the Dayton Market Sales. In these roles, Kathy contributed to sales training initiatives and managed corporate accounts, focusing on multi-brand hotel sales across multiple states. Additionally, Kathy served as Past-President of the Junior League of Dayton, promoting voluntarism and community improvement. Kathy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University between March 2021 and April 2023 and attended Eastern New Mexico University from 1985 to 1988.
