Meghna Kadilis

Meghna Kadilis currently serves as Vice President of HR Contracts, Compliance and Franchise Services at Marriott International since April 2023. Prior to this role, Meghna held various leadership positions at Marriott International, including Vice President of Contracts, Governance and Talent Point, Vice President of Contracts and Program Management, and Senior Director of Contracts Management, starting in November 2008. Meghna's career at Marriott began in May 2005 as Director of Contracts Management. Meghna obtained a Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University Law School between 1999 and 2002.
