Muhammad Soleh

Muhammad Soleh currently serves as the Executive Housekeeper at ARTOTEL Group, overseeing all aspects of housekeeping operations, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and team supervision since November 2021. Prior to this role, Muhammad held the position of Director of Operations at PT Alfathu Berkah Perkasa, where responsibilities included staff management and the optimization of laundry operations from September 2019 to October 2021. Muhammad's experience also encompasses serving as Assistant Executive Housekeeper at Harris Ciumbuleuit, where leadership and standards enforcement were key responsibilities from December 2014 to January 2021. Earlier roles include hotelier positions at Hotel Harris Festival Bandung and Aston Paramount Serpong. Muhammad holds a qualification from the International Hotel Institute (HoII) Sukabumi, completed in 2007.
