Prashant Khetan

Prashant Khetan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the corporate sector, currently serving as Vice President & Senior Legal Counsel at Marriott International since August 2025. Prior roles include Senior Director at Green Dot Corporation from March 2024 to July 2025 and Director/Assistant General Counsel at Capital One from November 2018 to January 2024. Khetan also held the position of General Counsel & Interim Chief Executive Officer at Born Free USA and served as Senior Counsel at Freedom Partners Chamber of Commerce. Previous experience includes a partnership at Troutman Sanders LLP and an associate position at Miles & Stockbridge P.C.
