Riandi Dwi Darmawan

Riandi Dwi Darmawan is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in front desk and management roles. Currently serving as Duty Manager at Raffles Jakarta since March 2022, Riandi also holds the position of Front Desk Manager/Duty Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Mega Kuningan since February 2019. Prior experience includes roles such as Front Desk Supervisor and Room Controller at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and Reception Supervisor at The Dharmawangsa Hotel Jakarta. Riandi completed a Diploma III in Room Division Management from Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bandung (NHI) from 2010 to 2013.
