Sarah Jane Curran

Sarah Jane Curran is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and beverage industry. Currently, Curran serves as the Senior Beverage Manager for Global Operations at Marriott International and facilitates courses for eCornell, focusing on advanced beverage management and customer experience. Previous roles include hosting a radio show at Full Service Radio, teaching as an Adjunct Professor at Ana G. Méndez University System USA, and working as a Freelance Consultant. Curran has held significant positions such as Captain at Pineapple & Pearls and General Manager for Birch & Barley and Churchkey within the Neighborhood Restaurant Group.
