Simon Yates

Simon Yates has over 18 years of experience in internal and corporate communications, currently serving as the Vice President of Associate Communication and Engagement at Marriott International since April 2018. Prior to this role, Simon held several key positions within Marriott, including Senior Director of Corporate Communications for EMEA and Director of Internal Communications for Europe. Simon's previous experience includes a decade at British Airways, where roles ranged from Senior Internal Communications Manager to Head of Campaigns in Internal Communications, and earlier as Awards Manager at the Royal Bank of Scotland. Simon earned a BSc in Information Systems and Management Studies from the University of Leeds between 1997 and 2001, after completing education at Richard Hale School from 1994 to 1997.
