Suzanne A. Cypriano

Suzanne A. Cypriano, PMP, currently serves as a Senior Manager for Technology Projects & Deployments within Property Systems Services at Marriott International, leading the Opera 5.6 Upgrade Command Center to support property upgrades and post-upgrade assistance since February 2022. With prior experience at Marriott from 2005 to 2020, Suzanne held various roles including Senior Manager of Change Management and Deployment, where oversight of global operational and technology projects was key, and Implementation Manager, responsible for the global implementation of new services. Additionally, Suzanne was a Senior Project Manager in the Lodging Program Management Office, specializing in project scope and risk management. Earlier in the career, Suzanne worked as a Senior Systems Analyst for CentreTek Solutions, focusing on an email software upgrade for the FAA. Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
