Tammy Markley - Chartered Fcipd

Tammy Markley is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) with extensive experience in human resources across various organizations. Currently serving as the Cluster Director of Human Resources for the South West and Wales Cluster at Marriott International since April 2022, Tammy plays a key role in strategy development and the delivery of HR expertise. Previous roles at Marriott include Assistant Cluster Director of Human Resources for Golf & Country Clubs and HR Manager, focusing on operational synergies and executive leadership in HR services. Tammy's experience also includes managing HR operations at Kier Group and serving as an HR Business Partner with Bournemouth Borough Council and Mouchel plc., demonstrating a solid background in strategic HR management and organizational support. Tammy holds a Chartered MCIPD qualification and a Foundation Degree in Art & Design from Arts University Bournemouth.
