Tyler Dietz

Tyler Dietz is an accomplished hospitality and creative leader, currently serving as the Director of Front Office Operations at Marriott International since August 2024. With extensive experience as a Hotel General Manager at EHRHARDT HOSPITALITY, LLC, from 2016 to 2024, Tyler demonstrated exceptional revenue management abilities by achieving top ranking in 9 out of 12 months in the STAR Report and attaining the highest audit score across the franchise with a 97%. Prior creative roles include serving as Creative Pastor at Renovation Church, where innovative strategies and designs significantly boosted community engagement, and as Student Minister at King Hill Baptist Church. Early career experience includes management positions at Brown's Shoe Fit Co. and Starbucks Coffee Company. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Biblical Studies from Dallas Baptist University, a Bachelor's in Christian Ministry with a focus in Cross-Cultural Studies from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Master of Architecture from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
