Candace Shipp

Candace Shipp possesses extensive experience in human resources and associate service management, currently serving as AVP and previously as Director of the Associate Service Center at Marriott Vacations Worldwide since October 2017. Prior roles include Associate Director at Vistana Signature Experiences, where Candace led HR Service Center services and collaborated on business solutions, and HR Service Center Manager at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, focusing on workers’ compensation, benefits, and process improvements. Earlier career highlights include a Human Resources Generalist position at Key Largo Marriott and an Office/Floor Manager role at P.F. Chang's China Bistro. Candace is a University of Central Florida alumna.
