Jennifer Jaworowski

Jennifer Jaworowski currently serves as Associate Director of Associate Experience and Change Management at Marriott Vacations Worldwide, a position held since August 2019. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked at Vistana Signature Experiences from August 2012 to August 2019 as a Talent Acquisition Operations Partner, where responsibilities included defining recruitment metrics, strategic planning, and developing communication strategies. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of North Florida and attended Samford University.
