Kim Goodling

Kim Goodling has extensive experience in leadership roles within the sales and project management domains, currently serving as Vice President of Sales Center Planning and Development at Marriott Vacations Worldwide since 2001. With a strong background in strategic project management and business planning, Kim has successfully driven the development and implementation of tools and processes to enhance operational efficiencies. Previous positions include Director of Finance and Human Resources at XFL Football League and Property Accounting Manager at Trammell Crow Company, where financial accuracy and operational oversight were significantly improved. Kim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Central Florida and an MBA from Webster University.
