Sally A. Garcia

Sally A. Garcia is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources within the vacation ownership industry. Currently, Garcia serves as Vice President of Human Resources for Vacation Ownership Resort Operations in North America at Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation, a leading global vacation company. Prior to this role, Garcia held positions including Senior Director of Human Resources for Resort Operations in Florida and the Caribbean, and Director of Human Resources for Sales in the East US, Florida, Latin America, and the Caribbean at Marriott Vacations Worldwide. Garcia's earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Hilton Grand Vacations and Regional HR Director at Starwood Vacation Ownership. Garcia holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from UCF College of Business.
