Sandi Wagner

Sandi Wagner, SPHR, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in HR leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as the Area Director of Human Resources at Marriott Vacations Worldwide since April 2021, Sandi provides strategic HR support to multiple resorts in Kauai, Hawaii, focusing on associate engagement, development, and compliance. Prior to this role, Sandi held the position of Director of People Operations and Support Services at Devereux from June 2007 to February 2021, contributing to the organization's strategic growth and overseeing a comprehensive range of HR functions for over 200 employees. Sandi's experience also includes serving as the HR Director for the City of Federal Heights from 2002 to 2007, where essential responsibilities included the development of the HR department and strategic planning initiatives. Sandi holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Public Relations from California State University, Fullerton.
