Sean Bates

Sean Bates has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, primarily with Marriott Vacations Worldwide since 2006. Currently serving as the AVP of Owner Exit Services, Bates oversees the performance of the department focusing on operational, customer service, and process development aspects of the exit process. Previous roles include AVP and Senior Director of Resale Operations, where responsibilities were similar in nature. Earlier in the career at Marriott International, Bates held several positions, including General Manager and Director of Operations, demonstrating a strong background in sales enhancement, guest satisfaction, and operational management. Bates holds a B.S. Degree in Business and Marketing from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
