William Anderson

William Anderson is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technology support and management. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of IT Field Services at Marriott Vacations Worldwide since January 2022, William previously held the role of Manager of IT Service Desk & GRC at Welk Resorts and accumulated over 15 years of experience at Berklee College of Music, where roles ranged from Director for Technology Support to various management positions within Student Technology Services. William’s responsibilities included overseeing large teams, managing operating budgets, and providing comprehensive technology support to a diverse user base. Academically, William holds a Master of Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor's degree in Professional Music from Berklee College of Music.
