Hannah Hamilton-Rutter

Hannah Hamilton-Rutter is a highly experienced built heritage professional currently serving as the Heritage Director at Marrons. Specializing in strategic land, development management, and enforcement projects, Hannah has collaborated with a diverse range of clients, including land promoters and architects. Previously, Hannah held roles such as Senior Conservation Officer at Charnwood Borough Council and Associate Director at CgMs Limited. They completed a PGDip in Urban Design at Oxford Brookes University in 2019 to enhance their expertise in integrating new developments into historic settings. A Full Member of the IHBC, Hannah is adept in negotiation and liaising with various stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes for the historic environment.
