Ian Spence

Ian Spence is a seasoned business development professional currently serving as Senior Manager at MaRS Discovery District since January 2023. Previous experience includes roles as Business Development Manager and Business Development Representative at VCT Group from September 2020 to December 2022, and as a Product Marketing Specialist at North, which was acquired by Google Inc. in June 2020. Ian also held positions in experiential marketing and support at Apple from January 2012 to March 2018, alongside working as an Information Technology Technician. Ian holds a Double Major Honours degree in Biology and Geography from Wilfrid Laurier University, completed in 2012.
