Wilson Kwan, CPA, CA, CIRP, LIT, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various industries. As the Founder and Managing Director of Kwantum Advisory Inc. since February 2022, Wilson specializes in providing fractional CFO and financial modeling services, focusing on preparing businesses for capital raises. Wilson also serves as an Entrepreneur in Residence for CFO Services at MaRS Discovery District and holds multiple CFO positions at Lorica Cybersecurity, EQUO Co., Seed Labs, and OPTT Health. Prior to these roles, Wilson was the Vice President of Corporate Finance at POMEGRAN INC. and worked at PwC Canada, where notable achievements included receiving the International Turnaround of the Year award in 2017.
