Art then moved on to become a Tool Room Supervisor at Nylomatic Corporation, where they handled work scheduling, supplies purchasing, and the outplacement of tools and dies. Following this, Art joined the Electrical Products Division of Midland Ross Corp. as a Liaison Engineer, providing field support for the Sales and Marketing department. Art later became the Engineering Manager at Midland Ross Corp., where they stayed for a few years before transitioning to the role of Plant Manager at the Electrical Products Division of Midland Ross Corp. There, they added compression molding and transfer molding capabilities to support electrical component manufacturing. Art then worked at Garcia Associates as a Manufacturers Representative, representing companies that manufactured mechanical components. Art proceeded to join Graber Rogg Corporation as a Field Sales Representative, where they handled customer management, tool construction, and provided product design and development services for the OEM marketplace. Following this, Art worked at GR Technical Services as the Vice President of Sales, responsible for handling customer management and tool construction for Graber Rogg, as well as providing product design and development services for the OEM marketplace. Currently, they are serving as the VP Sales & Marketing at Mars International, Inc., where they oversee the design and manufacture of mechanical and electronic assemblies, and manages logistics, quality assurance, and supplier management capabilities. Art's experience showcases their expertise in various areas such as sales, marketing, product design, manufacturing, and leadership.
Art Garcia attended Bucks County Technical from 1969 to 1971, where they studied Tool & Die Maker. Prior to that, they also attended Bucks County Community College from 1967 to 1972, where they pursued a field of study in Liberal Arts and Sciences, specifically General Studies and Humanities, but did not obtain a degree.
