Bahadur Singh Chauhan started their work experience as a Civil Engineer at JP Infra (Mumbai) Pvt.Ltd in April 2017. During their four-year tenure, they displayed expertise in civil site engineering and demonstrated a strong drive for success. In November 2021, Bahadur transitioned to MARS Solutions Group as an Information Technology Recruiter. In this role, they focused on recruiting and placing professionals in various IT positions such as Software Engineers/Architects, Database Architects/Developers/Administrators, and Web Developers, among others. Bahadur Singh displayed a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, salary negotiations, and closing. Bahadur Singh Chauhan completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Operations Management and Supervision at Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) Navi Mumbai in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree from Rajasthan Technical University, Kota in 2016. Bahadur Singh completed their high school education at Delhi Public School - India, earning a high school diploma with a focus on Mathematics in 2012.
