Lance Thompson, CPRW, NCRW, TSC

Lance Thompson has a strong work history in resume writing and recruiting. Starting in 2000, they co-founded Resume Rebuilders, where they worked as a Senior Managing Partner and Senior Certified Master Resume Writer, assisting clients from entry-level graduates to C-level executives in creating professional resumes. In 2009, Lance joined Victory Personnel Services, where they served as a Senior HR Business Partner and Recruiting Lead. In this role, they oversaw full-cycle recruiting for various roles, utilizing social media, networking, cold calling, and internet job postings to identify and target potential candidates. Lance also managed onboarding requirements and payrolling services for customer-identified candidates. In 2019, Lance became a Senior Lead Technical Recruiter at MARS Solutions Group, responsible for managing and driving full-cycle recruiting processes for IT candidates, as well as leading internal recruiting for various roles. Lance also focused on building MARS' presence in the local candidate community and partnered with offshore teams for candidate sourcing. Throughout their career, Lance has acted as a trusted advisor, providing career counseling and guidance to potential candidates.

Lance Thompson, CPRW, NCRW, TSC holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resource Management and Services from the University of California, Riverside. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained several certifications in the field of career development and human resources. These certifications include Certified Master Resume Writer (CMRW) from Career Directors International in 2006, Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) from the Professional Association of Résumé Writers and Career Coaches in 2004, and Nationally Certified Resume Writer (NCRW) from The National Resume Writers' Association in 2003. Lance also holds the certification of Certified Career Coach from The Career Network. Finally, Lance Thompson has the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI.
