Neha then joined Vertisystem in June 2019 as a US IT Recruiter, where they sourced and screened candidates for various technical roles. Most recently, they worked as a Sr. IT Recruiter at MARS Solutions Group, where they conducted full cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical positions. Neha used a variety of tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, and social media, to source and recruit candidates. Their experience includes sourcing and recruiting USA Citizen candidates & Green card holders for long-term contracts to hire employment opportunities.
Neha K completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology from Govt. Holkar Science College A.B. Road in Indore from 2011 to 2013. Neha later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in HR & Marketing from Sri Aurobindo Institute of Management and Science on Sanwar Road in Indore, from 2013 to 2015.
