Arshad Ayub has worked in the recruitment industry since 2012. Arshad began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Singapore Manpower Consultancy in 2012. In 2014, they moved to SplendTek Inc where they worked as a Bench Sales Recruiter. Since 2019, they have been a Business Development Manager at MARS-TECHNOMINDS, INC.

Arshad Ayub completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from St. Stanley College Of Engineering And Technology between 2007 and 2011. Prior to that, they attended St Ann's High School from 2004 to 2005.
