Bobbi Bowers

Bobbi Bowers has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Bobbi is currently serving as the Executive Creative Director at The Mars Agency, where they provide creative direction and thought leadership for various prominent accounts. In this role, they lead a team of 50+ creatives and plays a significant role in influencing creative and agency operations during a period of rapid growth and transformation. Prior to their current position, Bobbi held the position of SVP Creative Director at FCB Global. Before that, they worked at Mirum Agency as the Group Creative Director, Creative Director, and Associate Creative Director. Bobbi'searlier experiences include roles as an Associate Creative Director at Arc Worldwide/Leo Burnett, Senior Copywriter at Euro RSCG/Havas CHI and Arc Worldwide/Leo Burnett, and Copywriter at TransUnion Interactive. Bobbi started their career as a Marketing Associate at Emmis Communications.

Bobbi Bowers has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from Bradley University. They have also completed the improvisational program at the Second City Training Center, ranging from levels A through E. In addition, Bobbi has obtained the Connected Commerce Leader Level 1 certification from The Mars Agency in 2022.
