Leadership Team

The head of the leadership team at The Mars Agency has a long history of working in promotional marketing, starting as a Brand Manager at Rank Group. They then worked as a Client Service Director at The Marketing Store, followed by a Promotional Marketing Director at Saatchi & Saatchi. After working in various other industries, they eventually became the Head of Shopper Marketing at Arc Worldwide. The team also includes a Senior Director of Finance who studied Business at the University of Humberside and later got their MBA in Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
