Alistair Wright

Alistair Wright currently serves as the Growth and Innovation Director on the UK&I leadership team for Mars Veterinary Health, a position held since November 2025. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Linnaeus, where Alistair held the interim position of Head of Transformation and Technology, overseeing a broad transformation programme and technology functions, as well as serving as Head of Data and Transformation, leading data-driven initiatives. Additional roles at Linnaeus included Head of Financial Reporting and Group Financial Controller, managing a sizeable team focused on financial reporting and governance. Earlier in the career, Alistair provided financial consultancy for Bluewater and Optilan, and accumulated substantial experience at KPMG UK over nearly 14 years. Alistair holds an ACA from Kaplan Financial and a degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Warwick.
