Rob Baughman

Rob Baughman currently serves as Global Vice President of Client Services and Engagement at Mars Veterinary Health, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this role, Rob was the Global Head of Veterinary Sales and Marketing at Royal Canin, focusing on Vet Ecosystem Activation and leading a global team.
