Tasha Haraguchi

Tasha Haraguchi, PHR, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within the veterinary and conservation sectors. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of HR Transformation at Mars Veterinary Health since October 2023, Tasha previously held multiple positions at Banfield Pet Hospital, including Lead Program Manager and Program Manager for HR Effectiveness. Tasha's career began at Banfield Pet Hospital in March 2015, progressing from Sr. Talent Acquisition Coordinator to Associate Transformation Project Specialist. Prior experience includes work as a Human Resources Coordinator at The Nature Conservancy and a Counselor Assistant at Linfield College.
